Green Plus Sign Missing

Unsure if I missed something with the latest build, but I no longer have the green “plus” icon for adding information when it does not carry over. Thinking it may be an issue with the program, I deleted and reinstalled, but it is still missing. I’ve resorted to going to File/New Item as a workaround, but is this the new method? Didn’t see anything mentioned on here or other forums. Under Documentation/Adding Items to Zotero still refers to this icon and its function.

It’s the leftmost icon in the center toolbar. The one that looks like a document with a plus. No longer green, but still there.
