Upgrade StorageAdd note from tags
Zotero's "Create Note from Annotations" feature is extremely useful. I think it could be dramatically enhanced by allowing users to create a note from tags -- especially if conditional or boolean logic were possible.
For example, I might want to create a note based on annotations whose tags satisfy the conditional (tag1 AND tag2) OR tag3.
The reason I think this would be so useful is that it would allow me to freely tag extensively as I go using granular, in-depth tags without worrying that creating I'll get too many annotations bunched together when I want to make a specialized reference note that incorporates information from a large number of documents.
I'm a PhD student, and I would use a feature like this not only for summarizing my background reading, but also for combining background reading and research results into specialized reports for my collaborators. This is really the one missing link in order to make Zotero the central tool I use to organize and share my work (being able to export directly to PDF would also help, so that I could post these reports straight to Slack, since Slack doesn't display HTML).
