Convert between highlight and underline hides the annotation from the items list

Steps to reproduce:
1) Make a single highlight annotation in a PDF file
2) Show that annotation in the items list
3) Convert the highlight to underline in the Reader
-> The annotation is not visible anymore when going back to the items list.

    In the latest beta, just adding an annotation in the Reader is sufficient to collapse the annotations from the items list.
