Upgrade StorageDelay and freezing of Zotero when collapsing a long list of annotations in the items list
Steps to reproduce:
1) Select a PDF attachment with many annotations (332)
2) Expand it in the items list to see all the annotations
3) Scroll to an annotation near the end
4) Select that annotation
5) Scroll up to the parent PDF attachment
6) Click on the arrow on the left to collapse the parent PDF attachment
-> Zotero freezes for a few seconds, until it becomes unresponsive for a few seconds, and then finally recovers as the list of annotations is collapsed.

I do not see any significant delay if I do not select the annotation at step 4, or select an annotation near the top.
The delay seems to increase as I select an annotation further down in the list.
