    Do you have your Zotero data directory in a non-standard location, or have you symlinked the 'storage' folder?

    If not, can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync that produces this?

    And you didn't answer my questions about the data directory.

    Not placed in the default folder, I have modified it . synchronized with other tools

    Thank you for your answer. I know what the problem is. If I use the portable version on a mobile hard drive, can I use it on different computers?
