There are many entries saved to my mac desktop Zotero that are not synced to the online app. E.g., the online app has 10 articles from 2025, but I count over 100 in my desktop Zotero app. The sync settings are set correctly as far as I can tell. Manually syncing does not help. I pay for 6GB of storage and haven't received any messages about storage problems. (Problem is I am changing over to a new laptop so I need everything synced.) Thanks in advance for any help....
