Mobile library not showing all files

I'm experiencing inconsistencies with the Zotero mobile sync.

My library on Zotero is showing 864 files, but on Zotero mobile it only shows 186. Of the most recent 5 files I've added to this library, only 3 are showing. But when I add a note on the mobile app to one of the items, it has synced back to my desktop.

Is there a setting or a filter that I need to adjust?

And the magic touch of running the debug log (or something you've done in the background) has worked. My library is now fully syncing.
