permanently spinning sync logo (report 1693958979)

Could you give advise, please? Is it normal, if sync logo permanently spinning, but pop-up description signs that syng was made minutes ago?Also there no net activity of program in task messenger.

    You have a 191 MB file that's being uploaded. Paste P3UFG6UM in the search bar in All Fields & Tags mode to see it.
  • I've performed search and no items has been found. Also I've found file P3UFG6UM at my cloud attached with webdav protocol. Furthermore there is permanent sync logo spinning on desktop version (primary installed) and normal sync logo function on laptop (secondary installed and synchronized).
    I'd like to note, that I configured external cloud for files. Is there an idea why so spacious information was uploaded to Zotero cloud?

    I'm not sure what you mean by that. I'm saying it's being uploaded to your WebDAV server.

    How big is the P3UFG6UM.zip file on your WebDAV server? The upload shown in your debug output might have just finished, and you might have additional files to upload. We'd have to see a Debug ID for a longer period of time to say more.
  • P3UFG6UM.zip file is 18 558 kB at my cloud. Have I send debug report when changes are made?

    I've checked server connection via zotero- it's OK.
    And sync logo stoped spinning.
    Hope no additional errors will appear.
    So it was a malfunction of webdav interaction, wasn't it?
  • Oh, sorry, I misread the size. It's 19 MB, not 191 MB, so that uploaded file is correct. In any case, we'd need to see a debug output for a longer sync.
  • Yes, that means that upload failed.

    I'm afraid we can't help further with this. You can try from a different network, try with a different WebDAV provider, or switch to Zotero Storage. Zotero works with properly configured WebDAV servers.
  • Could you watch debug few days later if I send you? I hope there was temporary problems with my present cloud.
