On Windows App, Zotero cann't syncing the library change

I used Zotero on Ubuntu before, and the data sync and attachment sync functions were normal. I recently opened Zotero on Windows11 23H2 and found that the data sync was still stuck a few days ago. I turned on log mode, clicked the sync button once, and got a report. I sent it to GPT for analysis, and GPT said that the WebSocket connection was refused

How should I fix this problem?
In addition, I can't see the warning of whether the synchronization is successful when I click the sync button.

    That error message is irrelevant.

    What do you mean by "data sync was still stuck a few days ago"? What exactly happens when you click the sync button? Have you tried restarting Zotero?

    Restart in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins. If that fixes it, you'll need to identify the plugin that's causing it and then report the problem to the plugin's developer. If not, we'd want to see a Debug ID for a sync that doesn't work, along with an explanation of what exactly isn't working.
