Only some files downloaded via File > Export PDF

I tried to download all the PDF files by selecting them and clinking in File > Export PDF. But it only downloaded 5 files. Why?

    Do you mean "download" or do you mean "export"? Is the issue that you can open files locally but they're not being exported when you use File → "Export PDFs…" or that you can't open them at all?

    To be clear, you're at your file storage quota, so if this isn't the only computer where you use Zotero, you very likely don't have all your files on this computer. Zotero would be showing a warning about that in the toolbar on every sync on computers where you've added files.
