Zotero shows (_1_)

Hi! Have been using Zotero for years and have been working fine until yesterday. I am writing my master thesis and was about to put in a reference when this happened (_1_)! Have updated the pc, word and zotero - have also tried to add other references, same thing and nothing seems to help. Have over a 100 references.

Hope someone can help me with this.

If you're saying that new citations show as 1, you flattened your document:
