Word Plugin not working consistently

Hi! I installed the Microsoft Word Plugin (Zotero 7) on my Macbook Air today and it was working really well at first, but then it started to get stuck on this each time I tried to search up the citation. It's not frozen - the loading wheel continues to turn, and it doesn't freeze Word, it just doesn't load. I've tried shutting and reopening Zotero but it's still doing it. The relevant source is in Zotero (and I've tried a few different ones) so it's not a matter of continued searching in order to find a citation that doesn't exist.
