Zotero Android app reports the error: HTTPS error Trust anchor for certification path not found

The issue description:
1. When verifying the WebDAV connection (by https) on Zotero Android app, it reports the error: HTTPS error Trust anchor for certification path not found.

2. Please keep in mind that on the IDENTICAL Android device (Samsung Tab S9), with the SAME WebDAV setting, the Edge browser works well; in other words, the browser can connect to my WebDAV service successfully.

3. My Debug ID is D1993518124

The failure on Zotero:

Connect with Edge browser on the same device:

  • Are you purposely connecting to a non-standard port?
  • the same issue here, any help?
  • @ChayTeng: We'd want to see a Debug ID for Verify Server from you as well.
  • "Are you purposely connecting to a non-standard port?"
Hi @dstillman, yes, I am using a non-standard https port (1443), and it is a reverse service, the path is: My android device <----> a public server (1443 port) <----> local host that webdav is running on. Does the Zotero app not support this setting?
    Thanks.
