zotero bibliography not formatted properly in microsoft word

I clicked on add bibliography and it brought out all the references but without spacing them out and even formatting it neatly. What do I do please? Using APA 7th edition style.

The bibliography formatting is set by the Bibliography style in Word. Zotero changes it to have appropriate formatting when you choose the citation style for your document. If you've since edited it, then the formatting might be wrong. You can make Zotero reset the Bibliography style in Word by going into Zotero Document Preferences and changing the citation style to a different one, and then changing back to APA.
