Sync conflicts

Over the last couple of weeks, I have encountered intermittent strange behaviour when syncing: I regularly get sync conflicts, even though I use only one computer. The really strange thing is that there are always six conflicts that need to be resolved, but none of the fields seem to be different between the local and remote versions.

Does anybody have an idea what is causing this and how I can resolve it?
