Renewed plan but didn't get storage
I renewed the 2GB plan and paid successfully. However, the app constantly alarms me to renew and cannot sysn my documents either. How can I deal with this? Thanks

bwiernikYou likely accidentally upgraded storage for a different account than you are synced with in the Zotero app. Check that the usernames match in Zotero settings and on Zotero.org. If they don’t, email storage@zotero.org with details and they can help you transfer the storage to the right account.
