Zotero freezes after inserting the quote in Word

I downloaded Zotero 7. Every time I insert a bibliographic citation in Word, Zotero crashes. I have to close Zotero and reopen it. It works again, but if I have to enter a second quote it freezes.

Can you provide a Report ID?

A freeze or a crash? If a freeze, how long have you waited?

Can you reproduce this in a new, empty document? If not, how big is the existing document?

As you can see from the screenshot, I can't provide to retrieve a Report ID because the help menu does not appear in the toolbar. I tried to follow the advice but Zotero doesn't work anyway. The word file consists of 16 pages. Even they wait a long time, Zotero gets stuck

You can always provide a Report ID. The Help menu shows up when the main window has focus.

You didn't answer my question about a new, empty document.

I tried according to your suggestion but on a new and empty document it doesn't work the same. The Report ID is 1026101640.

If it's still not working after that, is this is an institutional computer? Are you running non-standard security software?
