Conflict Resolution screen keeps popping up

When renaming an attachment file (usually pdf), the Conflict Resolution screen might pop up. I cannot reproduce it, but it happens quite often (5-10% of renaming?). I'm the only user of this database with two laptops. I basically work 95% on one laptop. Another laptop uses the sync as well, but passively. When this occurs, the other laptop is always shut off (usually for several days). I never edit files in the online version of Zotero, I basically do nothing there except some opening of pdf's every few weeks or so. The CR-screen might pop up when renaming new - just added - files, or older files.
In the Conflict Resolution screen I have never noticed anything conflicting, I always choose the option Local File. Sync itself does not give messages that something might be wrong.
Is this avoidable? (Zotero version 7.0.15)
