I change my laptop and lost my library

Hi everybody I'm a begginer reasearcher and I'm not good at using zotero. Last week my laptop was reseted and all the apps download were delete. I lost all of the articles which were in my library, do you know how can I get them back?

It looks like you've been syncing, so you should simply need to reinstall Zotero and set up syncing again.
