Testing backup

How can I see what I could recover from Zotero's servers in the event that my local PC were to die? I am paying for some storage on Zotero's server but am not confident that I know what's there.

Also: I can backup parts of my PC to an external hard drive. What exactly should I be backing up to make sure I keep everything I've put into Zotero?

I am especially concerned about the PDFs that I have attached.

    You could create a new Firefox profile and sync from it, and then delete the profile if you're happy with the results.

    You can also, of course, just look at the website to see what's there.
    What exactly should I be backing up to make sure I keep everything I've put into Zotero?
