my Zotero always loading too long when I try to open or highlighting the words. why?

  • I'm not sure what you mean by this, but note that you have a file larger than 4 GB that can't be synced. You should start by deleting that file and emptying the trash. Search for "3KYY32KM" in the search bar in All Fields & Tags mode to find the attachment. (You can add it back as a non-syncing linked file if you want.)
