Upgrade Storagecant save any files to zotero

im unable to download anything from zotero connector to zotero and also tried all other troubleshooting measures
the connector icon appears grey and any files i try to download shows grey and a message appears saying cant download to zotero or error in downloading
i removed and reasdded the connector but now no message appears... its just grey and doesnt do anything
