Storage quota

Even though I bought additional storage on Zotero, the app keeps telling me I don't have enough space, while my online account shows that I'm at 0% usage in My Library. How can I fix this?"

    That would just mean you're syncing the wrong account. The account you're posting from is not at 0% and has recently synced, though, so maybe you've made changes since posting this?

    You'd want to continue syncing with the same account you were using before, though. If you need us to transfer your subscription to another account, you can email storage@zotero.org.
