Latest Zotero Connector proxy no longer displays a banner that asks for automatical future redirect

I updated Zotero Connector to the latest version 5.0.159 today. However, this update reset my proxy settings. Then, when I tried to set up the proxies, the banner that asks for automatical future redirect (see below) only showed in the first domain, not in the second, third, etc.

The notification banner I refer to is: "Zotero detected that you are accessing www.sciencedirect.com through a proxy. Would you like to automatically redirect future requests to www.sciencedirect.com through proxy.lib.XXUNIVERSITY.com? Accept Proxy Settings".

For example, when I logged in www.sciencedirect.com through my university library proxy, the banner showed up, and I clicked accpted. The proxy successfully appeared in the proxy settings. However, when I accessed other domains like https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/ through the same proxy, the banner did not show up.

Could you submit a Debug ID for loading an unproxied website, then right clicking the Zotero button and choosing Reload via Proxy, and waiting for the page to load fully?

In Zotero Connector settings, Proxies, if you select your proxy under Configured Proxies, is "Automatically associate new hosts" checked?

Yes, it is.

It seems that there's a bug with host associating code. We'll fix this with the next version of the Zotero Connector.
