zotero 7 cannot use the mouse wheel on the literature page or library page

The mouse wheel cannot be used in the page, but the ctrl+ wheel can be enlarged and reduced, and the page can also be turned after pressing the middle mouse button, and the touchpad of the laptop can also be turned.
Right-click on this page and select the previous page or the next page to turn, which has the probability that the wheel can turn again, and switching between pages is still available. But when you click on zotero after selecting other software, the mouse wheel fails again.
  • Can you provide a Report ID?

Can you reproduce this in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”)?

No report ID, the direct form of the mouse wheel failure
    zotero Version: 7.0.15 (64-bit)
    Repetition process:
    1. Open zotero, select an article, and the wheel is not available
    2. Right-click on the page and select Zoom in/out/Previous page/Next page to make the wheel available again
    3. Press the middle button of the mouse on the page. After you release the button, the icon turns into an up or down arrow. At this time, left click on the page, the wheel can not be used.
    4. If you hold down the middle mouse button and do not release it, the page will scroll when the mouse moves up and down. Roll the mouse wheel and release the middle mouse button to make the mouse wheel available again.
    5. Repeat Step 3 or 4 to repeat the mouse wheel problem

Restarting in troubleshooting mode is very useful and this problem will not occur again

The new finding is that if the mouse wheel works, sitting still for a long time in the zotero interface will also make the mouse wheel unusable
  • I'm sorry. I just found out what an error log is.

(That's a Debug ID. That's fine, but I linked to instructions for providing a Report ID. You can always provide one.)

Among other things, Troubleshooting Mode disables all plugins. If this doesn't occur in Troubleshooting Mode, you should manually disable all plugins and restart normally. If it continues not to happen with all plugins disabled, you'll need to identify the plugin that's causing it.

    Is this the right one

There is no problem to boot in troubleshooting mode, but I still have problems after I disable all the plugins, what is the reason for this
