pop-up notifications always appear in the center rather than in the right-bottom corner

I installed the latest version of Zotero on a brand-new computer, but I noticed that all the notification messages no longer appear in the bottom-right corner of the screen as they used to. Instead, they always show up right in the center, as shown in the attached image.
