Cannot save any items with Zotero Connector (Edge)

I can't save items to Zotero using the Zotero Connector—it only saves webpage snapshots.

I want to grab the item from this URL (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/31271756/) in the Edge browser to zotero. However, the Zotero Connector icon is always gray instead of the normal one with a few horizontal lines in the middle. When I hover over the icon, it says "Save to Zotero(Web Page with snapshot)Have access to this website"

When I clicked on the gray icon, the item appeared in my zotero, but I couldn't grab the correct information. Information such as the year and journal of the article could not be identified.

I have tried:
1. Update zotero to the latest version
2. Update the zotero connector
3. Uninstall the zotero connector and reinstall it
None of the above methods worked.

    This is a bug in the Jasminum plugin.

    1) Disable Jasminum and restart Zotero.

    2) Reset translators from the Advanced → Files and Folders section of the Zotero settings.

    3) Reset translators from the Advanced pane of the Zotero Connector preferences.

    4) Reload the page.

    I also encountered the same problem; I can't save the literature in zotero when I use the Chinese literature URL, but it works normally in PubMed. I tried the following methods: 1. Reinstall Jasminum; 2. Disable Jasminum; 3. Update browser; 4. Update translations, but still not work. However, I found that it can be used normally in Firefox. My system is Windows 10, Zotero 7, and all plugins are up to date.

    @radioer: To be clear, you had to reset translators, not just update them. But the latest version of Jasminum should do that for you automatically.
