Unable to save any document in zotero connector

Every time I try to save a document in the Chrome browser using the Zotero Chrome extension, it shows an error. Please help.

What version of Chrome? Can you provide a Report ID from the Zotero Connector after reproducing this?

I am currently using Chrome version 109.0.5414.168 on Windows 8.1. I have been experiencing this issue for the past two days. Everything was working fine until 10th April. I also tried using the Edge browser, but I'm facing the same problem. The Zotero connector is not saving documents from any site, not just Google Scholar. It shows "an error occurred while saving this item."
