My library syncs to one iPad (mine) but not my daughter’s. She wants access to her manga when we are on vacation. I’ve followed the instructions but despite the sync causing no issues anywhere else, plus the file being visible and not linked online, I still get the message that the file couldn’t be found when attempting to download an associated pdf.

Please help!

An SSL error has occurred and a secure connection to the server cannot be made.

Her iPad can't connect to Amazon cloud storage.

Are you using some sort of parental control software that installs a configuration profile that intercepts connections?
