Group member sees error for Zotero File Storage

Good afternoon!

I am managing a group which has a 6000MB quota.

One of my group members is seeing a message that says they've reached their Zotero File Storage limit even though it's much lower than our group limit. I'm able to confirm the person is a member of our group but they're quota limit is very low.

Should their quota limit reflect our group's limit?

How can I make sure they can have access to the space for our group?

That's about their personal storage quota (for their "My Library"), not the group, which draws from the group owner's quota.
