Group member sees error for Zotero File Storage

Good afternoon!

I am managing a group which has a 6000MB quota.

One of my group members is seeing a message that says they've reached their Zotero File Storage limit even though it's much lower than our group limit. I'm able to confirm the person is a member of our group but they're quota limit is very low.

Should their quota limit reflect our group's limit?

How can I make sure they can have access to the space for our group?

  • That's about their personal storage quota (for their "My Library"), not the group, which draws from the group owner's quota.
