Upgrade StorageHelp with finishing the Arabic translations

I would like to help finish the Arabic translation. I see in transifex that it is at 64%. However, I have asked to join the organisation several times but I have received nothing util now. Should I go through a process other than just asking to join the org in transifex pratform?
