Upgrade StorageAccessibility: My Publications feature problems
The path to use the My Publication feature involves going to the My Library Collection, and then going to My Publication. In the visual interface, the item lists area displays a message explaining the feature.
1. You can't get to that explanatory text with a screen reader.
2. The instructions indicate to "drag" items. There does not seem to be a way to do that with the keyboard only.
