Upgrade StorageTwo problems: deleting duplicates and the red exclamation next to syncronize-symbol

I have two problems with Zotero. Is someone able to help?
The first problem:
Doing very important school work atm with my pair. We had done article searching from three different scientifical databases (Cinahl, Pubmed, PsycInfo). We saved our searches to Zotero and we deleted the duplicates.
After deleting duplicates we counted the amount of articles left to Zotero. We got a different amount of articles in the Zotero than the Zotero itself shows. The difference is about 400 articles. Where's the problem?
