Pages disappearing when reading articles in Zotero

Hi,

I recently updated my Zotero to version 7.0.15, since then I've noticed that pages randomly disappear from the papers I have saved in my zotero folder. Usually it works to zoom out and the pages reappear but sometimes they will disappear again.

It's a minor inconvenience but I decided to write this since I found no other discussion about the matter.

    Make sure you can reproduce this in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins.

    If so, can you make a screen recording of this happening and send a link to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread? We also need a Report ID here.

    @EmolasTobias Are you using the 32-bit version of Zotero? How much RAM does your system have?

    Martynas, I have 16gb of ram and to my surprise I´m using a 32-bit version.

    Sorry dstillman, the screen recording I made and sent in was not done in the troubleshooting mode. I do not have any plugins, this is a fresh install. Unless the plugin in word counts.

    Anyways I just reproduced it in the troubleshooting mode, will send the video through email.

    @EmolasTobias Switching to the 64-bit version should resolve the issue. The 32-bit version runs out of memory when rendering large pages or during fast scrolling.
