Upgrade Storageconditions row in advanced search window can get corrupted

In the advanced search window: sometimes a condition row can get corrupted so that the (-) button will not remove it anymore but the the window will still shrink as if it was removed.
I could not determine the exact steps to make this happen but it does happen quiet often, you just need to add and remove some conditions.

The first rows fail to be removed after ~20 seconds.
I guess rapidly adding rows is not the intended use case but I had this happen with as few as 5 rows.
