Upgrade StorageExpanded icons for the Quick Access Toolbar --> Word 2007 plugin

I'm using the word (win) plugin for Zotero and to make my life easier I want to add the Zotero toolbar to the Quick Access Toolbar (QAT). I can do that, but it shows it as a dropdown menu instead of the individual icons (which I want) because I cannot select individual buttons to put into the QAT.
To see what I mean, in word go to 'Add-ins' and then right click and press 'Add to QAT'. You get an icon that looks like three envelopes super-imposed. If you try to customize the toolbar to put the individual icons in the QAT, you can't because you don't have access to them like you do for 'Save, Save As, Open, etc...' The only options you have in the 'Add-in' section is "Custom Toolbars, More Commands, or Toolbar Commands".
Is there any way to allow us access to the individual buttons so we can add them?
