You're running a version of Zotero from October 2024. You should install the latest version from the download page and figure out why you haven't received automatic updates in months.

It is new version. the pdf already download in the root contents but ZETERO can't open the pdf and the document location. ID :1089183810.

Again, you're on an outdated version of Zotero from 6 months ago. You need to update to Zotero 7.0.15.
