Unable to get PDF from journals on iPad Zotero app

I’m using the latest iPad and I’m trying to download a pdf file - I am able to get the metadata but the full text always fails to download. I am able to access pdf on the website. Please see attached image for an example. Any help would be appreciated!

I have tried on safari chrome and Firefox. None of them work

Can you provide a Debug ID for reproducing this? (You have to start logging in the app, switch to Safari, save, trigger the error, and then switch back to the app and submit the output.)
