Upgrade StorageRed "Do not enter" icons in title?

What are the red icons in the title field indicate? They look like a "Do not enter" sign: a red circle with a white bar in it. And they have no tool-tip info.

I read the threads below, but I don't think this is just some plugin I'm running. I've disabled all my plugins and restarted, but the icons are still there. And I'm not talking about the item type icons.

adamsmithWhy don't you think it's a plugin? It almost certainly is. The plugin (likely the DOI manager) applies (emoji) tags to items and those tags stay applied when you disable the plugin. You can globally delete the tag in the tag selector in the left-hand panel
