Lost connection between Zotero and Google Doc
We have a Word document imported into Google Docs. This is a manuscript that was edited by the publisher, and now we seem to have lost the Zotero connection to the document.
Here are the debug ID's for Zotero itself and Zotero Connector (via Firefox on Mac)
D1685669266 Zotero debug
D592507444 Zotero Connector debug
Getting this error in Zotero Connector:
[JavaScript Error: "Exception: The document is inaccessible. Please try again later.
[object Object]" {file: "[object Object]"}]
I have tried restarting both Zotero and my browser. Any suggestions?

adomasvenYou might need to make a copy of the document into your own Google Drive storage. If it doesn't help see Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processor Documents and maybe Existing Citations Not Detected.

jgwilliamiiiThanks for the suggestion. Essentially it appears that Zotero couldn't make a connection to a Word doc in Google Drive, but once we imported the document into Google Docs, everything was fine. I misstated what we had done in the original post.
