Zotero not connecting after switching from shared Word Online tot shared Word on Desktop

I started working in a shared word document online. I manually inserted citations. Later I switched to the desktop Word to work on the shared document. All my citations have been saved. But when I want to insert new citations no langer manually, but via the Zotero-tool in Word, I get an error notification.

I don't know how to fix this. I've already tried to restart both Zotero and Word. But still the error keeps popping up. I cannot paste the text into a new document since we're working on a grouptask in this document.
