Missing library entries after syncing on new computer

Hello.

My computer (computer n1) started acting up and was in need of some repairs. I then created a physical copy of all of my zotero data (just in case). I also grabbed my old computer (computer n2) and synced my zotero account to retrieve all of my entries and linked documents and to keep working on it while the other one is being repaired.

I just realized that many entries that were present on computer n1 are currently missing in the synced library on computer n2 (mostly some more recent ones but also some older entries). I still have free storage space on zotero. I checked the data from the physical copy of the zotero files from computer n1 and it seems to be missing the entries as well (from what i can judge based on the storage file). Some collections even appear to be completely empty now.

Does anyone have any idea of what could've caused that and how i could retrieve those entries and documents ?
