Urgent Help Needed: Zotero for Mac Not Displaying Entries

Hi there,

I'm encountering a frustrating issue with Zotero on my Mac and I'm hoping someone can help me out.

**Issue and Background:**

After opening the Mac version of Zotero, I can't see any of my entry information. I can still read the documents that were already open before the issue started, but I can't access any of the other documents I had saved previously. It's like they've all vanished.

**Steps I've Already Taken:**

I tried restarting my computer, but then Zotero wouldn't open at all. I re-downloaded and reinstalled the software, but the problem persists. I'm still unable to see my saved entries or access my documents properly.

I'm really worried about losing all my saved work. Any suggestions or solutions would be incredibly appreciated!

  • Restart in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins. If that fixes it, you'll need to identify the plugin that's causing it and then report the problem to the plugin's developer.
