State bill titles incorrectly italicized AMA 11th ed

According to the AMA 11th edition manual (p. 108, rule 13.16.3.5), references to state bills/resolutions should include the name of the bill (if available), which should not be italicized. Zotero is improperly italicizing the titles of bills in a paper. In the Zotero desktop app, I tried going into the entry and right-clicking the title. That offers me the choice to switch between sentence case or title case, but no options to change italicization. Any advice?
  • Zotero also handles other aspects of bills incorrectly for AMA purposes. For example, AMA rule 13.16.3.5 instructs authors to include the number of the legislative body and the session number if available, but filling out these boxes in Zotero does nothing; the info is not included in the bibliography.
