• Please provide the RIS file if possible, or a Debug ID for the import attempt.
  • 你好,请问你找到解决措施了吗?我也出现了这个问题了,不论是ris或是Bib都显示格式不支持
  • @Mos_yi: Same answer.
  • @dstillman Do you need me to provide RIS file or debug ID?

Both ideally. We definitely want a Debug ID for the import attempt. You can also email the RIS file to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread.
  • @dstillman Ok, thank you. I don't know how to get the debug ID, but I have sent the ris file to the email address you provided. I look forward to your reply.
  • Abe linked to instructions above. We'll need that to say more. There's no problem with the RIS file you sent.

(To be clear, though, while this should certainly work in general, and this is some problem with your installation, you shouldn't be importing RIS files for single items from supported sites like IEEE Xplore. You should be saving using the Zotero Connector.)
  • @dstillman Sorry, I don't understand what you mean by "Abe linked to instructions above. We'll need that to say more." Do you want me to attach the link of our conversation to the email?

"Debug ID" above, posted by AbeJellinek, is a link. Click on it for instructions for generating a Debug ID.
  • @dstillman After I restarted, the problem was solved. Thank you for your help.
