How to sync btw exported local markdown file and zotero notes

Hi, I tried to export the zotero notes to local as a markdown file. The sync currently looks good. However, I found that the sync uses the predefined file name as the key for update index and once I changed the file name, the sync from zotero notes will write to that same file name (if file name changed, create a new file using that name).

Wondering if there's a way to update the file name while maintain the sync as currently the file name does not have semantical meaning and hard for me to search for my local note.
