Zotero 7 (Mac - Word) not working

Once upgraded to Zotero 7, the connector for Word gives

"error 53, file not found: user 32. "

I have thoroughly checked this is not related to word installation. I have done the following:
1) Uninstalled and installed Zotero 7
2) Manually uninstalled and installed Connector for Word
3) Uninstalled and installed Word from Mac app store
4) Uninstalled and installed Word for Mac by Microsoft
5) Tried multiple versions of Word for Mac
6) Combinations of above.

Zotero 7 being the only common element, Connector for Word gave the same error in all of the above cases, Making Zotero 7 unusable for word on Mac.

Simply switching back to Zotero 6 - eleminates the error, and Zotero can be used with word on Mac.

Hence this is not a word issue, as it has been commonly stated in the user forums. Request the developers to consider a fix for the connector for word on mac for Zotero 7.

If you look for that precise error, the response has always been that it's most likely something else installed in Word -- do you have any other plugins/templates (e.g. Endnote, Grammarly, etc.) installed in Word?

The fact that it's working in Z6 and not Z7 is helpful for troubleshooting, but doesn't mean by itself that the issue isn't related to Word (and only a very small minority of users are getting this error, which does mean it's not a problem with all Zotero & Mac installations).

Thanks for the suggestion, repeated the above process.

It is possible that the order of installing Zotero and Grammerly may contribute in some manner to the issue.

Now both are working. By installing Z6 and Upgrade to Z7 and then Grammerly.
