Remapping Endnote fields to allow a smooth export to Zotero

I am a new Zotero user and wish to transfer a large database (20,000 references) into Zotero. I have read all the documentation online and done my best to search for discussions. I am afraid that I will need to map four Endnote fields which otherwise would get pushed into a note. As far as I can see, I "think" I can move each of those four fields into an empty Endnote field that Zotero recognises - and then after the import - move each of those four fields to where I would prefer them to be. However that is likely a dangerous option given the size of the database.

Is there no way to instruct Zotero to read certain fields?

I prepared a labelled comparison of an Endnote book workform, with the way it imports into Zotero, and then my analysis, in red, of where some of the missing fields should fit.

Really find it odd that DOI is not a thing ...

I just posted a question to the forums asking for a field mapping. Then I finally found yours. Thank you for creating and sharing this!!

Have you done any other mappings you could share (e.g. journal article), or an new mapping for Zotero 8? Have you seen any mappings created by others?

    Thanks again!
