Zotero Desktop App not answering

Hello, my zotero desktop App is not answering anymore for 3 days now. When I open my App and try to open any library or even go to the settings, Zotero is not answering. I think that there is a problem with m,y synchronization. I have already installed the latest version. Below you can see a screenshot of the error message

Can someone please help me?
  • To start, make sure you have the latest version of Zotero (currently 7.0.15) from the download page. You can reinstall over your current version if you're not sure.
  • I've already installed the latest version of zotero and I think that the problem exists since I've made this update. Nothing works anymore. I've tried every recommendation on the internet (delete Browser Cache, check my firewall etc.). Is there someone I can turn to?

    Can you follow the steps in Reporting Startup Errors and provide a screenshot of the debug output when it hangs?
