syncing error

I am in a number of groups on my work account in Zotero. These do not sync. How can I resolve this? Grateful for advice. Here is the message I get.

"A file sync error occurred. Please try syncing again.

If you receive this message repeatedly, restart Zotero and/or your computer and try again. If you continue to receive the message, submit an error report and post the Report ID to a new thread in the Zotero Forums."

    Can you provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup through reproducing this, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option?
